  • You may reschedule no later than 7 days prior to scheduled appointment time as specified in the acuity confirmation email with the written approval of the Photographer. Should the i be unable to accommodate the Client's rescheduled date, you will not be held responsible for the remaining balance but will forfeit their initial deposit. All rescheduled shoots must be within 30 days.

  • The standard turnaround time is 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS (MONDAY-FRIDAY) from the day that i receive the confirmed favorited edit choices from you. If The Client purchases the Rushed edit add-on the new turnaround time is 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS.
